Our shipping and return policy

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to have all orders delivered within the days that are stated at the page of the specific product. If for some reason we do not meet this delivery time, you will hear it as soon as possible. Do you not hear from us or do you have questions or comments? Please do not hesitate to contact us.

We ship via PostNL. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at the shipping page.

Time for reflection / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After this, the purchase agreement is a fact.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return your order. The costs for returning to the web shop are for your own account. You do not have to pay anything at the post service point.

These costs per package are shown below and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Register your return within 14 days of receipt via info@mzspecials.nl, stating your name, address, order number and possibly the reason for the return. We will then send you a confirmation email, after which you can return the order / products. We will then refund the order amount owed (minus the shipping costs) within 14 days after receipt of your return to the account number with which the order was placed, provided that the order / products have been returned in good order.

If MZ Specials or a part is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Shipping is your responsibility, so handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packed upon return. Don’t forget to keep your shipping receipt.

Returns that do not meet the above will not be processed.
